C. M., 34 years old, presented with deep occlusion, also called “roof” occlusion. The teeth in the frontal region do not come into contact with the antagonists due to the exaggerated eruption, beyond the occlusal plane of the lower frontals, and the upper ones with the axis deviated outwards, overlapping like a roof, completely covering the lower frontal group.
